- This limited release from Momotaro is made in partnership with Kyoto Montsuki, a 100-year-old Japanese dye house specializing in black ceremonial wear. The 15oz selvedge denim has undergone a laborious process of repeated dyeing and sun drying called "Shinkuro", resulting in a profound black and smooth, soft surface.
Finished with details paying homage to the Japanese folk-tale Momotaro receives it's name from.

As part of the group, Momotaro has full control over every aspect of production—from sourcing and dyeing to weaving and sewing—offering unmatched creative freedom. The name comes from a classic Japanese folktale in which a boy born from a giant peach defeats demons to protect his village.
