The fabric is dyed using a combination of aizome (natural indigo) and kakishibu (persimmon tannin) techniques, both rooted in Japanese dye traditions dating back a millennium. These methods require the precision and expertise of skilled artisans to achieve colors with visual depth and transformative character. The jeans are finished with a factory rinse process to remove shrinkage and soften the fabric.
